Scorching

Haris Abdul Rahman in Commentary, Diary, Sun, draught, weather

The past week had been a hot one. I fact, I couldn't remember when it last rained since Chinese New Year. Everyone felt it. It had been hot everywhere. I definitely felt it yesterday when I took the camera out to the Bird Park and Orchid Garden. Those places were hit hard, and I would be writing about it separately.

Today, I had to drive across town for the clinic at Park City, and oh boy, did I feel the heat? The problem was, I suspect that I may have some problem with the air conditioning in my car. It was not as cool as usual. Getting stuck in the middle of traffic would be scorchingly uncomfortable.

Good thing that my ward was notoriously cold. It helped balanced things out.

That didn't stop some of the Caucasians doing some sunbathing at my apartment's pool though ...
