Could Be Faster

Finally the Telawi area was blessed with a strong LTE signal on Celcom. But still the speed there was only around 15MBit, lower than advertised. Possibly due to the sheer number of users there.

While waiting for Anita and the boys to join me at the apartment, I decided to find my own dinner. Chawan it was. An easy choice. And I was enjoying the freedom as well as I was there. Dinner and surfing the net, on an evening before a public holiday. Bliss …..

Nice Spot

While I was contemplating how much my side mirror would set me back, I stopped for a drink at Bangsar Village and discovered this new spot.

Great view, especially on a clear day like today. And with the cool breeze in the shade, it. Was rather nice.

Shame that I couldn't hang around for too long this afternoon, I would definitely return there soon.

Empty but Neat

The apartment certainly looked bigger without the boys running around. And seeing Idlan's neat room while I was at the apartment while on call certainly made me miss spending the weekends here.

At the moment, we were still trying to sort out some funds to do some renovations. Then, probably by early next year, we would be making the move. It would be a big step, but something I reckoned we had to do. The drive every morning, as well as the mad rush when called in in the middle overnight couldn't carry on forever. Distance do matter in the end.

So, we were planning things slowly, but hopefully we would get there.

Detour to Bangsar

The traffic this morning was a lot better than Monday. Might as well as I had to take a detour during lunchtime today. I had some documents needed signing and varified by a Commisioner of Oath. Luckily I knew of one in Bangsar - been to see the Uncle a few times and he was really accommodating.

So, got all the documents ready overnight and all that needed doing was a few stamps and signatures. The problem was making my way to Bangsar in between my clinics. As a result, I might have to rush around a bit before my afternoon clinic.

I just remembered that there was a lunch meeting arranged by one of the Pharmaceutical company. I might be able to make it if I was quick ...... Hmmmm! Shall I?

Nice Mural

I saw this on the way to the Celcom branch yesterday lunch time, passing by the small alley around Telawi in Bangsar Baru.

Quite neat I thought.
